Bye Bye 2014

       It seems like my post are annually now, but it's not as negative as you may think. I'm 21!!!!Whoop Whoop. Maybe I should have posted something on my birthday, but to be completely honest living in New York City, 21 just means drinks and parties on the regular. But I was going to celebrity parties before my 21st. This year,I really can't remember what was so bold and out standing. Well....I did have plenty of prominent people check out my LinkedIn (I had a mini party in my head lol). I turned 21, and school, school, and I can't stress enough school. Oh, and my beautiful niece was born this year. My close friend also had a baby girl, and both her and my niece have the same nick name, Mimi.

        So I usually say what I would hope for next year. But every time I do that, it gets thrown right back in my face. So I'm just going to wait and see what 2015 have to offer me. This feeling reminds me of 2012, going on to 2013. I didn't expect much from 2013, but the year was great! Sorry 2015, I believe you will be great too. 2014 had a lot of stressful moments, but those moments are necessary for me to grow.

• Unfortunately, cancer came back this year. I have to be truthful. And I'm seriously ready to say good ridding to it.
• For the sake of school, I had to down size my work days. So it was hard for me to manage my spending and ego, because I was making a crap load of money. Duh! But I'm some what better at saving.
• I'm putting my application in to Queens College Speech Pathology program this upcoming Monday for the 3rd time! Hopefully it wont be a problem.
• However I got accepted to New Paltz, so that's my plan "B"
• I didn't do an internship this year, but my story landed on the front page of Queens College News Paper because I covered CUNY'S first Tedex Talk! and it featured interactive art on hand by simply scanning the news paper!
